Everything was clean and the access codes made it easy to come and go. the wifi worked well, especially on the first floor. the staff was extremely helpful and even found a solution for us to store our luggage after check-out. the online check-in process was simple and we were given the entrance codes. the room itself was cool and fragrant. the location was convenient, close to the train station, making it ideal for those passing through Bari. we would definitely return to this hotel, but without breakfast.
